The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the collection, use, and management of data, including email ID, country of residence and any other data received by Supercross India Private Limited (“SXI”), of such persons who participate in this registration process (“Person/s”). By sharing response in the following form, such Person agrees to provide SXI explicit consent with relation to use and disclosure of their
data, as provided in the Terms and Conditions, mentioned herein below:

1. To the extent that the GDPR, the United Kingdom Consumer Privacy Act (“UKDPA”), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the Indian Information Technology Act (“Indian IT Act”) or any similar laws apply:

1.1. SXI shall be deemed to be the ‘data controller’ or the ‘data fiduciary’ or ‘businesses, as used under relevant data protection laws.

2. SXI shall collect the email ID, country of residence and any such information as shared by a Person through the following form (“Personal Data”), for the purpose of improving and expanding the services as provided / intended to be provided by SXI, including but not limited to promotional materials, newsletters, and other communications (“Purpose”).

3. SXI shall not share the Personal Data with any third party, without the explicit consent of such Persons, save and except as required under the applicable law.

4. SXI shall always maintain reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure of or access to Personal Data, in accordance with the industry standards. In the event where any breach of Personal Data occurs, SXI shall notify such Persons immediately.

5. SXI shall store and process Personal Data, solely in the Republic of India. It is to be noted that SXI is headquartered in India, which is not considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level or protection for the Personal Data of European Union Member State residents as of the date when these Terms and Conditions were last updated.
